Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 48 hours after the payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Not show signs of misuse or intentional damage
RENPHO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days:
- RENPHO covers return shipping costs
- No restocking fee
- Full refund or free replacement available

Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., subjective willing, ordered the wrong item, human damaged, incorrect address input):

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Rules Specific to AI-Powered Bikes
Every AI-Powered Bike is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms herein. To receive a refund or exchange, the product must be in brand new, re-sellable condition (including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original box with its tags, user manual, and charger. You may incur charges for ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse
All returns or exchanges of AI-Powered Bikes beyond 30 days will be charged a return shipping fee of €100. Due to the size and weight of the AI-Powered Bikes, we cannot offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product.
Renpho reserves the right to deduct additional fees from your refund amount or refuse the return, in Renpho’s sole discretion.
Return and exchange process

2. A pre-printed return label will be sent to you after you contact the customer services team for your convenience.
3. Please send the product back to us as required. To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories with the product. All products must be returned sealed and in their original packaged condition.
4. Once your return is received and inspected; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your request was approved or denied. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or give you a refund within 1-3 business days. Please note; you will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received your refund, please recheck your bank account. Be sure to contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; please note there is a processing time before a refund is posted. If you followed all of the steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@renpho.com. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
