I own several RENPHO products, and I have always been impressed with their quality. This eye massager is no exception. After spending a long day on the computer dealing with eye strain and tired eyes, this is an absolute godsend.I especially like having both heat and cooling options depending on what my eyes need. The compression around the temples feels relaxing and helps relieve the tension I tend to build up after staring at a screen for hours. I also appreciate being able to adjust the pressure rather than being stuck with one intensity.The fit is comfortable, and I like that it doesn’t put unnecessary pressure directly on my eyes. The voice controls are convenient when I am already settled in and don’t want to take the mask off to change a setting. Being able to listen to music or something relaxing through the built-in speakers makes the whole experience even better.It also feels very well made, which is what I have come to expect from RENPHO products. The foldable design and storage bag are nice additions for keeping it protected or taking it along when traveling.At $159.99, this is definitely more expensive than a basic heated eye mask, but it also offers considerably more functionality. Between the heating, cooling, adjustable temple compression, voice control, and comfortable design, I feel like I am getting a much more complete relaxation experience. For someone like me who spends a lot of time looking at a computer screen, it has been wonderful to have at the end…

If this product (which for all intents and purposes I’m going to call a ‘headset’ for the review so I don’t have to repeat it’s a massager, heater, cooler) didn’t give me a headset every single time that I’ve used it I would readily give it five stars. Alas, I don’t know why, but it does. I’m not prone to headaches very often and to test if it was coincidence or not I used the headset a LOT of times for at least 5 minutes and the longer that I used it the worse the headache got. I would use it when I was feeling fine. The headaches came on while I was using it no matter what the combo of features were I was using. So yes, for the sake of a fair review, I kept using it despite the onset of headaches.That being said, the heating and cooling features are amazing. You can switch between intensities of each either with buttons on the headset or via voice control. “Hi Eyeris” gets a response from the headset (I have not tested it with noise in the background at any point but in a quiet environment it picks up my voice easily - when it’s on, it won’t wake up if the device is off).The voice feature is loud enough that I can clearly hear it when it responds in acknowledgement to any voice commands which is a plus. On occasion I have to say “Hi Eyeris” a couple times for it to register but I’d say 97% of the time it hears me and responds. It’s very quick to deliver the feature in which I’d ask it for intensity of cool/heat/massage and a little slower at times to deliver volume control…

This eye massager is feature-packed! I surprisingly enjoy the cooling feature of the eye massager, slightly more than the standard heating ability. The coolness feels amazing on my eyes and is relaxing with the air massage. The metal contacts change from heat to cool near instantly, but I do notice that I'll get some condensation on my eyes after a short massage session, so I have to wipe them off. The massage, heat, cool, and white noise controls each have 3 levels for customization. It even has voice control, but I still prefer the buttons for basic changes; since it also speaks when you change a setting, I can easily tell if I pressed the correct button or not. The massage is very quiet and doesn't sound like it's struggling. Sometimes the fan runs for a little bit after use. It does not have Bluetooth.
