I've been using this product for years, but I have not used it in a way I am now. now. tracking changes month by month. it is nice watching the changes in understanding to some degree, the magic of the body and how sophisticated our body actually is.

It is very user friendly, the app is easy to download and use, the information about body weight is very helpful. The price point is where anyone can afford it. I love it!
