Power+ Massage Gun

Bought this to test whether the hype was legit...it turns out it is! Really great build-quality. Feels a lot more expensive than it is.I do CrossFit most days so have been using this a lot to help recovery and have noticed a big difference in various niggles (tight lower back, tight glutes, tight calves) and feels good for general recovery.The way I'd describe it is that, as I use it, it doesn't feel like it's doing much but once you've used it you can feel the release! For example: my tight lower back was giving me grief as I slept. I used the gun over my glutes and lower back for about 20 minutes and the pain almost completely went away overnight.I stretch most days but have found the gun a great addition. Couldn't recommend enough for those doing a high volume of training and wanting to keep their body as healthy as possible.
